Return Process

  Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Safely pack the electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Attach the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send your package to our dedicated inspection center in Sydney.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Our technicians will test the equipment to ensure it meets return conditions; once approved, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 business days.
